Refunds Policy

Cancellation Policy

 

1. Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of actual time of placing the order. If the cancelation was done successfully refund will be fully applicable and done. 

 

2. Cancelation should be done through whatsapp customer care. 

 

3. Unsent credit can be used for a period of 6 months.

 

4. Once the order has been delivered, we do not accept any product returns and product exchanges.

 

Refund Policy

 

1. No refund policy shall be made due to the fact that we sell perishable flower arrangements.

 

2. If the item received is not in good condition, the customer must notify us 140boutique within 2 hours upon receipt and provide proof to justify the complaint. Proof entails a video very clear and a few photos. 

 

3. If the complaint is found to be genuine, a replacement of the same product shall be made or a partial or seldom a full refund may be applicable and made. 

 

4. Furthermore, no refund is applicable details of delivery is incorrect, receiver would not reply to 140boutique or refuse to receive the flowers. We can however receive a different location by the customer and deliver on the same day (only in Dubai not near boarders of sharjah and Al Ain or other Emirates)
